I beat myself up on a regular basis. I’ve started blogging about it, and I think it helps. I’ve always admitted when I was wrong (I think). I just have a hard time letting go of the guilt once I’ve done so. I’m really, really human!
Emily, it’s one of the hardest things in the world. I just have to remind myself that guilt isn’t productive but learning from every experience is. Best of luck and please know that you’re not alone!!!
