To My Dearest Girlfriends,
We met in the era of perms and tapered jeans. We were drama nerds. And drama queens.
Long before boyfriends, careers and children, we were friends.
Through heartbreaks, missed curfews and final exams, we were there for each other.
We’ve been each other’s bridesmaids, baby shower planners and confidants.
You are my sisters and huge part of the woman I’ve become.
Thank you for the unique gifts each of you have brought into my life.
If friends are the family you choose, I sincerely thank you for being part of my family and allowing me to be part of yours.
Our friendship simply feels like home.
What a sweet, sweet post. 🙂
Girl Friends ROCK! thanks for the reminder.
How sweet, thanks! Now come visit us in Colorado and I’ll bring more unique gifts into your life! 🙂
Awwww shucks! Love you too!
Aww, how sweet! Nothing like awesome girlfriends and fabulous memories!
I was just thinking about friends. When you move to a new state, like I did out of college, sometimes you don’t get as much of a chance to make those friends like you had in school. I was missing my high school and college friends this week. You are very lucky!!!
