Mommy Friend, we’re on week 5 (ugh) and I’m down 1 pound since last week’s 0 pound weight loss.
I mean, I think I am.
When I weighed myself this morning it showed I was still at 136 – the weight I was last week, and the week before. Refusing to accept another week of dieting without weight loss, I weighed myself a again 3 hours later to 135. Maybe my digital scale felt sorry for me; who knows.
Five weeks on a diet feels like an eternity. This week I miss sourdough bread and real butter. Yes, I still mourn cheese. But I keep on truckin’ really, really,reallyslowly.
Six pounds down, 8 more to go.
You’re doing great! I used weight watchers before I was pregnant and lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, easy peezy. Now, 20 months after giving birth to my daughter, I just can’t seem to commit. I’m on the plan, off the plan, up a pound, down a pound. It was the lack of sleep in the beginning that made it hard, but I really don’t have an excuse anymore. WW Online is SO easy! (I do, however, like to blame the constant cols I pick up from my little one. I mean, aren’t you supposed to “feed a cold, starve the flu”?) I’m back on the plan and hope to see great results like yours overall. Good luck with the last 8 pounds! I’ll be routing for you!
