Today I’m giving away my favorite cookbook of all time, Everyday Food: Great Food Fast by Martha Stewart Living

I have almost cooked my way through this entire cookbook and have been delighted and surprised by all the yumminess. These 250 recipes for easy, delicious meals all year long make even a mediocre cook such as myself look like a domestic diva!

My favorite meal: Chili-rubbed salmon with zucchini and sautéed corn (and I don’t even like fish!), page 149.

Out of 250 recipes, there is only 1 recipe I was less than thrilled with: Indian-spiced chicken burgers, page 124.  The more you know.

The best part of this cookbook is that it’s organized by season and who doesn’t love that?  Hearty comfort food for the fall and winter months and light and fresh recipes for the spring and summer!

You want this cookbook, trust me.  Just leave a comment and you’ll be entered to win!

Open to U.S. Residents only.  Winner will receive (1) copy of the Great Food Fast cookbook and will be announced on this post tomorrow, 1/5/11 so check back to see if you’re the lucky winner!  Good luck!
