I used weight watchers before I was pregnant and lost 15 pounds in 3 weeks, easy peezy. Now, 20 months after giving birth to my daughter, I just can’t seem to commit. I’m on the plan, off the plan, up a pound, down a pound. It was the lack of sleep in the beginning that made it hard, but I really don’t have an excuse anymore. WW Online is SO easy! (I do, however, like to blame the constant cols I pick up from my little one. I mean, aren’t you supposed to “feed a cold, starve the flu”?) I’m back on the plan and hope to see great results like yours overall. Good luck with the last 8 pounds! I’ll be routing for you!
